Before you buy
Who are the courses for?
They are built for solopreneurs, creators, coaches, consultants and small business owners who want to use AI with more confidence and less wasted time. The lessons are practical, in plain English, with no jargon and no hype.
Do I need any technical skill?
No. The courses are short video lessons with simple systems behind them, explained in plain English.
Which course should I start with?
For most people the order is VoicePrint, then Claude LaunchPad, then KnowledgePrint and PowerPrint. If you are brand new to Claude, start with LaunchPad instead. It is free, and it sets Claude up properly before you go further. Claude LaunchPad
What's the difference between the four courses?
VoicePrint teaches you to get AI writing in your own voice, and it works with most AI tools including ChatGPT. LaunchPad sets Claude up properly from day one. KnowledgePrint builds a knowledge bank inside Claude Projects that Claude writes content from. PowerPrint covers Claude's stronger features: Skills and Plugins, Artifacts, Cowork and Claude Design. The three Claude courses are specific to Claude. VoicePrint is not.
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
For most of the courses, no. Claude's free plan includes Projects, up to five, and Skills, so LaunchPad, VoicePrint and KnowledgePrint can all be followed on it. PowerPrint is the exception. Its Cowork lessons need a paid Claude plan, Pro or higher, and I believe Claude Design does too. Usage limits apply on every plan. Plans and features change, so check Claude's own pricing page before you decide.
Does it work with ChatGPT or other AI tools?
VoicePrint does. It works with most AI tools, including ChatGPT. The three Claude courses are specific to Claude.
Are the courses in video or text?
Video. Each course is a set of short video lessons in a lesson player, with a Quick Reference Guide alongside. The guide comes as an online version in the lesson player and as a PDF.
How the courses work
How long do the lessons take?
Each lesson is a short video. The total video running time for each course is about 24 minutes for VoicePrint, 48 minutes for Claude LaunchPad, 77 minutes for Claude KnowledgePrint and 26 minutes for Claude PowerPrint. You can pause, rewatch and work through them at your own pace.
Can I go at my own pace?
Yes. The lessons are on demand, so you watch when and as often as you like. The lesson player tracks your progress in your browser, with Previous, Mark complete and Next buttons, so you can pick up where you left off on the same browser.
What is the Quick Reference Guide?
It is a companion to each course, available as an online version in the lesson player and as a PDF. It sits alongside the videos so you have the key material to hand without rewatching a lesson.
Why do the lessons use an AI voice?
I write every script myself and check each one before it goes live. The videos use an AI voice. Very occasionally it may mispronounce a word. I correct those as I update the lessons.
Buying
What do the bundles include?
There are two. The Claude Bundle includes KnowledgePrint, PowerPrint and LaunchPad. The Everything Bundle includes all four courses, so VoicePrint is added. See the course pages for current prices.
How do I get access after I buy?
Once your payment has been confirmed by Stripe, a registration page will open asking you to choose a Username and password. Once completed you’ll receive an email with your login details. The password is the one you entered in the registration page and, for security purposes, will not be shown in the email, so please make a note of your password. If you lose or forget it, you can use the Lost Password function on the login page.
Which payment methods do you take?
Payments are made securely through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
After you buy
Will the courses be updated?
Yes. Course updates are included free with lifetime access. One honest caveat: if Claude changes so much that a course has to be rebuilt from the ground up, that could become a new, separate course rather than an update.
Is access really for life?
Yes. You get lifetime access to each course you buy, including the updates that come with it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@onbrandecho.com within 14 days of purchase to ask for a refund.
Who do I contact for help?
